Is Sandra Day O'Connor joining the Phoenix family law firm of Rebecca L. Owen? No, but they did have a picture taken together recently when Rebecca was selected as a "Top Pro Bono Attorney" for 2009 in Arizona . Rebecca was also honored for winning "Maricopa Attorney of the Month" for November 2008.Congrats Becky!
