• My vote for the most interesting BLOG post comes from Lawrence Koplow - whose article entitled "3 things I wish people knew before drinking and driving" is a must read for anyone considering a few drinks at dinner.
  
• Medical Malpractice attorney David Patton reported on the class action settlement against Cardiologist Mehmood Patel which is in the first stages of a trial after he was indicted in 2006 on 93 counts of health care fraud.
